(Mostly, he teaches his soggy pal to swim)

But... - Why - ?

He'd already taught everyone else in Peru to surf?...

(Or he was just jealous of CA's surfing dogs)

And aren't alpacas native to the mountains?...

Long neck or not, seems like quite a stretch.
